Who we are

I have been working in the service industry for 20+ years and have always had a love for fitness. Creating menu’s and processes that restaurants use to be successful, is incredibly fun for me. I started getting into my health and fitness when I was managing a restaurant in Schertz with a membership at Anytime Fitness. My brother wanted to join a gym, and told me that I should start going as well. So, of course I did and it has changed my life!

The lifestyle change that I made when I was younger has helped me in my personal and professional life. Giving me more energy when I need it, better sleep then I’ve ever had, and a lot more control over my weight. I have gone through extreme weight loss and weight gain. I’ve learned how to control my own life, health, and physique.

I want to share everything that I’ve learned through my fitness journey and my professional journey as a chef with everyone that would like to take charge of their health and well-being.

All of the meals I create are completely from scratch. I will be adding more and more options throughout this journey as well. I am a firm believer that eating healthy shouldn’t just be bland chicken and rise kind of foods. I want as much flavor as possible with the meal still staying in the realm of healthy eating.

Going through the ISSA courses for personal training, strength and conditioning, body building, recovery, and nutrition has pushed my knowledge way beyond anything I’ve ever thought. Learning everything I can, and continuing to learn, has helped me change other peoples lives in such a positive way that I really desire to reach more and more people.
